TRY THE SPIRITS

Jesus is just as much interested in acquainting the people of earth with the knowledge and understanding of life being eternal, as he was over 2,000 years ago.

Truth is never received freely, but must fight its way into this world of darkness. Jesus was, and is a real spiritualist who teaches true spiritualism as coming from the real spiritual source: GOD.

Somehow, sometime, we all must pass into the great beyond called the spirit world. There is much to learn and experience before we transition into the spirit world of eternity if we do not want to enter as a spiritual pauper and be at the mercy of those who have entered before. "As a new born babe, desire the sincere milk of the word that ye may grow thereby." (1Peter2:2)

There are many, many, many different types of spirits; familiar spirits, spirits of jealousy, lust and greed, evil spirits, unclean spirits, overwhelmed, sorrowful, broken spirits; spirits that cloud our eyes and stop up our ears, spirits causing sickness, infirmities and even death; spirits of bondage and fear, contrite spirits, and the list goes on . . . . .

Jesus cast out evil spirits (Mtt 8:16); and gives power against unclean spirits (Mtt 10:1), and the unclean spirits, they do Obey (Mk 1:27): thou believest that there is One God, the devils also believe and tremble (James 2:19). Jesus suffered the devils not to speak, because they knew he was the Christ.(Mk 1:34 ; Lk 4:41)

There is almost an infinite variety of spirits which exist, and in a word, they no more resemble each other, than they did in the physical body. These spirits, as they were at one time - men of the earth, they range from the most savage of men, to men most knowledgeable of earthly affairs. These spirits can access a person's soul (the store house of all past and present memories and experiences) and having done this, it is quite simple to know what we know and to impersonate people known to us who have passed on: and many other deceptions are possible.

To many these things are unbelieveable and unprovable, but unto you it is given to know the mysteries of God. Walk not after the flesh and the things of this world, but after The Spirit, the spirit that dwells within and can set one free from the law of sin and death (karma and reincarnation). "Jesus, who gave himself, that he might deliver us from this present evil world"(Gal 1:4).

Knowledge of these spirits is essential, but the spirits themselves are of no importance ("do not listen to seducing spirits and the doctrines of devils" - 1Tim 4:1). Ever since we have appeared on this planet in human form we have been interested and involved with spirits and spiritism. All religions were born from communication with the unseen spirits, or from another religion that was born in this way. The spirit world and spirit world contact runs like a "golden thread", spanning thousands of years, through all religious bibles, books and scrolls.

We are of God. We are the disciples of Jesus. He that knoweth God, heareth us; he that is not of God, heareth us not. Hereby we know who are the spirits of God - "every spirit that confesseth that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah) AND that he came in the flesh - is of God" (1Jn 4:6,3,2).

Our desire is for the things not seen; for we look not at the things which are seen, for they are temporal, but we seek after the things which are not seen, for they are eternal. Through faith we understand that the things which are seen are not made of things which do appear; that 'faith' is the evidence of experiencing the things not seen.

Therefore - "try the spirits, whether they be of God" (1Jn 4:1). If the knowledge they bring is earth, earthly, about the things of this world, beware! In spirit, as here in the physical realm, the name JESUS can be used to "try the spirits" and entities (even those so-called 'alien' looking demons) which do appear. Simply repeat over and over, "In the name of Jesus be gone!" and they will disappear if they are not from God: "for our God is a consuming fire" (Heb 12:29). "Even the devils are subject unto us through thy name." (Lk 10:17) And always remember, just as Jesus used scripture - "the sword of the spirit is the word of God"; use it wisely. Desire that ye be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all wisdom and spiriutual understanding.

Teach the kingdom of God in Righteousness and Peace; that the gospel brings immortality and eternal life to light through Jesus. The Spirit is eternal life because of righteousness (Rm 8:1).

It is through much tribulation that we enter into the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22). Rejoice not that the spirits are subject unto you, but rather rejoice because your name is written in heaven (Lk 10:20).
