SPIRITUAL ILLUMINATION

What is Spiritual Illumination? It is the Light of Eternity which is brought to the Chosen Ones. The greater one's Desire for this Light becomes, the greater his Spiritual Illumination becomes. However, it can only be attained by and through the Light which comes closer to each one of us as we seek associationship with our Father, our God, who is always with us. SEEK, and ye shall find this Truth, that is the promise.

Spiritual Illumination is attained by and through the same way as it was by those Chosen Ones as recorded in the Bible, and that is and always will be, attained through the Light Within us becoming stronger. Yes, through the Light of our God we can attain spiritual illumination then At-One-Ment with God, our Father.

Let it be known that your Light does not become brighter if you lack the Desire of spreading the Light you have to others. So go forth into the world knowing that spiritual illumination comes only if you use this knowledge and teach it to others who walk in Darkness. Yes, you must go forth and teach others who walk in Darkness. Yes, you must go forth and teach others who lack the Desire for things Eternal. Raise your hand and say, "I and the Father are One." Service, Love, and Light is the "part" of a Chosen One in Life Eternal, both here and hereafter.

Chosen Ones are not aware of their Light of spiritual illumination at the time they are breathed into the physical body. No, their spiritual illumination is only regained by their Desire & Effort to regain it by reaching towards the Light of the Eternal Part of themselves. However, before One of the Light comes into physical embodiment, his Soul is impregnated with the "hidden Knowledge" that he will have spiritual illumination. Yes, his soul knows that it will have an abundance of the Essence of Light that will bring spiritual illumination to the physical consciousness: and that he will be given more and more as he comes into the full understanding of his Mission, but only if he puts forth the Effort and Desire to attain.

So you ask, How do people know when they are Chosen Ones? And we answer, When they come into consciousness of the Light Within, then they become as a Star in Heaven. Yes, more and more as they come into the full understanding of their Mission, they become filled Within and surrounded Without by the Light of spiritual illumination. Then as they develop a stronger Desire to spread their Light among the children of earth, they enter into and become a part of their Father's Light. For as they become fully aware of their Mission, that knowledge of spiritual consciousness speaks louder and louder.

Jesus says, "So many are leaving their bodies now and coming into Eternal Life, that many of the Light are placed in charge of those strata of Eternal Life so that the new-comers may see the Light that brings into their spirit consciousness the knowledge that they are still living while yet they suppose they are Dead. There is an understanding by those in charge, to point the Light of Understanding to those who are being released by the thousands daily. They are shown Light radiation first, then spiritual illumination. Then as they see and their Spiritual Eyes are opened to the Light, their first Desire is to see those left behind in the earth bodies. Next they try to bring that Light closer to their loved ones that they too may receive spiritual illumination through a Chosen One."

Remember that the quality and abundance which your vineyard brings forth is in accordance to your Desires of earth. Earth life is like a vineyard and brings forth to the Father the fruits thereof, the fruit of spiritual things. Even though Many are Called but Few Choose, each brings forth the fruits of his labour through his Desires and Efforts, not alone for himself, but for the multitudes who will seek the Illumination of themselves through the structure of their own being. Even those who are Called and do not Choose can help others to prune and take care of their vineyards. Yes, even they should have the Purpose of Helping and Assisting those in the body to bring forth better fruit. Know now that it is through your EFFORT to help in the Great Work that you, in your next embodiment, (if you do not fulfil your Father's Will in this embodiment) will be filled with an even greater DESIRE for the Light.

Spiritual Illumination comes not in a day, or a week, or a month or a year, but through a continuous "Desire & Effort" to attain it. Spiritual Illumination comes not from outside. First there must be a Desire within the mind and the heart for this illumination. The soul consciousness, known as the Light which comes through Desire and Effort, is a magnet which draws you into At-One-Ment with the Light of your Father who then releases his searchlight into your body. Yes, first comes Spiritual alertness through Desire and Effort. Next as your Desire for more and more spiritual knowledge grows and you put forth a continuous Effort to seek the Truth and Light of Eternal Life, Spiritual Awareness comes. This is followed by your gaining spiritual consciousness and then At-One-Ment with God, your Father or Mother.

A MOTHER'S LOVE

There are all types of Mothers. Mothers who desire to be Mothers, and Mothers who become Mothers just for the sake of protection and welfare. However, the greatest Mothers of all are those Mothers who bring forth the Chosen Ones of Light to help humanity.

All down the ages, Mothers have helped to bring into being those Chosen Ones whose lives have meant so much to the improvement and evolution of humanity, and who have brought the "revelations" of things concerning Life Hereafter. Yes, those Mothers have helped to bring into being those Beings who have helped to establish the standards of today. Great are those Mothers who have borne Chosen Ones courageous enough to stand for the Truth.

Do you Mothers of today just want to give your offspring the things of earth, or are you thinking of your child's Eternal Life and of moulding its young life into the Pathway of Truth and Light? Do you want to raise the standards and ideals of the Mothers of tomorrow? Do you want to bring into embodiment the Leaders and Chosen Ones of the tomorrow? Are you setting an example worthy of being followed by your children? Do you not understand that your children learn from what you do, and not from what you tell them to do?

To The Prospective Mother: If you are willing to keep your body pure and clean, free from animal flesh, alcohol, cigarette smoke, drugs, etc., and enter into the Light of spirituality by spiritualizing your physical consciousness, then you can be assured of giving birth to a Blessed One of Light, for it requires this type of an earthly temple to bring Children of the Light into expression. However, sometimes (although rarely) because of a lack of cleanly temples, Chosen Ones, yea even those of the Light, do come through unclean channels. But in these instances they spend most of their earthly life "seeking" before coming into the consciousness of the Light as well as the Work and Purpose for which they came into embodiment.

In contrast, those Blessed Ones of Light who come through pure and clean channels realize early in life the Object and Purpose of their coming, and they quickly enter into the Service of the Light.

Know now that a Mother's True Love is to give her child the purest, cleanest, start in life by a purely constructed body, such that his Light will shine forth early and throughout all his earthly life. Jesus says, "The greatest help that one can give to the Mothers of today is to encourage clean living that their temple, or bodies, inwardly and outwardly may be clean when bringing forth a child that that child may have a clean body to start with, and then to bring that child up in the same manner. No, the work of a Mother is not over until the seeds of Light are sown, matured, and brought to bear much fruit. There will come a time when each mother, father, and child will come into the understanding of the Light of his God, not far off, but close."

Now read, digest, and learn to understand these great Truths of Eternal Progression. For now we come to a most sacred subject of the Ancient Magi, whereby through human passion, we become (willingly) the unconscious instrument of Dark Spirits who are already bringing great suffering to humanity.

First we must understand that the children of the average human beings, under average conditions, are quite human and are more or less of an intelligence according to the accidental conditions that surround their prenatal state. However, some parents are under the dominant influence of animal-like passions, and it is such a life that we now seek to warn you about.

There are many people who assert that all are human yet we see many questionable people considering some yet to be animal, yes, cruel Spirits in human form.

We must understand that there are many Realms of lesser developed Spirits which exist in, on, and around our planet, and they are invisible to most people. These Spirits possess a very powerful affinity for the earthly life style of man. It is from these Realms of Spirit that come the ones who can, do, and will, be continually incarnated into the human animal organism we call man.

Now then, the type of people who are most frequently the means of incarnating these lesser Spiritually advanced spirits, are those people who are likewise less spiritually advanced and, more importantly, those people who have a large animal propensity for sex. Oh yes, there is always the exception.

Yes, when one or both of the human male or female is in a state of intoxication, whether by alcohol, drugs, hatred, etc., when one or both are inflamed with drink, lust, or some other vile passion and/or thought, there is little chance for bringing forth anything but an inferior spirit: a possible human monster. For when conception takes place under such conditions, an inhuman soul is the occupant of the newly formed body. People of this class are numerous and neither social position nor artificial education can alter their natural state. Thus one should ALWAYS remain in control of his faculties, at all times, and especially for the purpose of procreation.

The people who are the most at risk of bringing these "Devilish" spirits of darkness into the bodies of their off-spring, are those people who are nervous and sensitive. For during sexual union, while under negative influences such as alcohol, drugs, etc. these types of people can be actually obsessed by such earth-bound spirits who enjoy the excitement of lustful passions.

And a woman, during the period of gestation can, likewise, magnetically attract an evil spirit to her otherwise human child if she partakes of an intoxicant life style, and after birth, that less than human spirit will be able to obsess her child completely during its life, leading her otherwise average human child to jail, the asylum, or death row.

With these Truths it is hopeful that enough has been said to enable the concerned person to understand, and fully realize the great mystery of sex.

You know now how to become the parent of good, noble, intellectual, and Spiritually advanced children for the betterment of all humanity. As always, the Free Choice is yours. REMEMBER, while all of you will or have gone through the Dark Shadows to bring your children into earthly expression, your responsibility does not end there. You must Teach your children the Truths of the Light for it is these Teachings that will bring them into their own Light and, in turn, they will then help to bring so many others into the Fold of Light and their Father (the Light), their own God or Goddess.

A CUTE STORY REMEMBERED

Once upon a time in a far off Kingdom there lived many happy people who were ruled over by a wise council of elders. Here in their kingdom, Peace truly reigned because the guiding principle of the land was "Blessed Be Enough."

Yes, here in this land of Peace, Joy, and Happiness, the people produced only "enough" for their personal needs. They traded with no one outside their Kingdom, and considered it a sin to own more than a hut, a few cows, sheep and goats for milk and clothing, and an acre of land per family to grow food. All the land was owned by the great God "ENOUGH," and no invader ever came to disrupt their peace and harmony because there was nothing there worth taking away.

Now, one day a Priest arrived by caravan from a distant land. Looking around, He noticed the motto of the Land inscribed everywhere - "BLESSED BE ENOUGH." He studied the situation and noticed the potential of these people who were content with the bare necessities of life and chuckled to himself, saying, "Ah, ripe for the picking."

The next day the Priest gained an audience with the council of elders and told them that he was a Priest to whom God speaks and that last night their God, Enough, had spoken to him while he slept. Then the Priest proceeded to tell the council that their God, Enough, had commanded that a fine Temple be built, and worship established, the people were to produce far more than they had been doing, and a tenth of all lands and produce must be tithed to the Temple. "AND YOUR GOD ENOUGH WANTS ME TO STAY AND BE THE PRIEST OF THE TEMPLE BECAUSE I AM WISE IN ALL SUCH MATTERS," said the Priest.

The Wise Council of Elders told the priest that they must sleep on the decision to be made and for the priest to return the following day at noon for their answer.

Now after the priest had left, the council of elders questioned one another concerning the priest's revelation for the great God, Enough, had never ever spoken to any one. Then one of the elders reminded the council of an outsider who had been left for dead by a passing caravan many years ago. This man, whom they had nursed back to health, was an outcast court Fool of a distant kingdom, and maybe he knew of such matters.

So the Fool was summoned before the council and asked, "Have you ever been to lands where God speaks to priests, and they have temples?" The Fool nodded and the council told him of the things which the priest had said.

When the council finished, the old fool laughed and rolled around on the floor holding his sides as tears ran down his cheeks. "Leave this matter to me," said the fool. "I have stayed here these many years, hoping somehow to repay you for saving my life and for your gentle loving kindness. Tomorrow when the priest comes back, tell him this . . . . ."

Then next day at noon the priest came before the council of elders with a very solemn smile. "How wonderful," said the council, "The great God Enough has also spoken to our Fool" . . . the priest became very sober looking . . . "And you're right, the great God Enough does desire many more acres to be farmed, and a fine Temple to be built, and a Priest." The priest beamed. Trying to remain humble, he smiled.

"But," said the council, "The God Enough commands, under penalty, that the priest be made to till the fields himself and also to draw, cut, and place the stones to build the Temple."

At this the priest became very angry, and started protesting violently about a great god of Wrath and Vengeance, but the council just summoned four of the people to drag the protesting priest away. "You will begin immediately to carry stones from the valley to the hilltop and build the Temple," commanded the council. "And so that you do not go against the Commandment of the great God Enough, you shall be locked up at night."

Later that night after his first day of hard labour, while locked up in his cell, the priest sobbed bitterly while eating his bean cake. He ached all over and was filled with black despair. All he wanted was to get away from this appalling labour.

Toward morning the priest was awakened by the sound of an approaching chuckle. A key turned in the lock, and the door creaked open. As the sound of the chuckling died away the priest rose to his feet to leave the jail for yet another day of hard labour. Stepping outside the door he found no one - and quickly fled the country.

Today, the people of that peaceful land still show the travellers from passing caravans a pile of rough stones on top of the hill, and they say, "Behold, this is the Temple of the great God Enough" . . . after which they laugh uproariously as if they had been told the greatest jest of the century.

A FEW OTHER THINGS

Ever since we have appeared on this planet in human form, we have been interested and involved in Spiritism. However; Is not Spiritism only materialism at a heightened state? After all; What are the people's questions to these "friendly" or familiar spirits? - money? physical health? power? success? temporary peace of brain? etc. Superior Spirits no more amuse themselves with Mediums than grave and serious men here do.

Nearly half of the Mediums who use their Mediumistic Gifts for "business purposes" are contacted by very low spirit forms. And physical effects are usually produced by less scrupulous inferior spirits. Mind reading is what most Mediumship is!

The difference between Spiritism and Spiritualism is one of quality and degree. Spiritualism deals with a higher range and a wider field of spiritual knowledge than with the supersensuous phenomena of mesmerism, hypnotism, telepathic psychometry, clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc., associated with Spiritism. The public platform is the least likely spot to find a Higher Being speaking through a Medium.

The development of Spiritual Gifts is a slow and natural process which cannot be rushed by simple breathing techniques. Jesus says, "Blessed are those who have not seen the so-called miracles which I have done, but believe in my teachings anyway." In Spirit, as on earth, our actions do raise us up, or drag us down, according to the goodness which they contain or lack.

Before God - was God! Beliefs are but reasonings of facts but Experience is Knowing. The proof of what we advance in this Little Book can only be known by the degree of Desire & Effort which you put forth to have the Experiences which shall bring you out of the "mist of believing" and into the "Clear Light of Knowing." Those already of Experience need no convincing.

In the Spirit World, spirits have senses that resemble ours and other senses as well. Any Realm of Being is but a certain manifest state of vibrational energy. This world is known to us simply by virtue of, and in relation to, the vibratory motion of its particles, through our five senses. Therefore, Realms are not spacial positions, but they can interpenetrate each other in the same limits of space, superimposed within each other, Higher or Lower in vibrational energy.

The percentage of Mediums who are unconscious during Spirit-control is exceedingly low. And that Mediums are possessed by discarnate entities which speak through them, is true beyond any doubt. Spirits can communicate spontaneously or come at our call, that is, on invocation. But Free Choice is just as much theirs as it is yours to call. However, since upon a Medium's own ideals depends the heights to which her message shall ascend, the question arises, What kind of entities are these Spirits? Inspirational spontaneity comes to us from those spirits who influence us for good or evil, whichever they feel like at the moment.

Many Mediums are never subject to spirit control, although they are indebted to spirit helpers for their phenomena. Practically all clairaudient Mediums are of this character. The voice they hear speaking to them is usually heard inside the ear. No change takes place in their personality at the time; owing to the fact that the control is purely psychological. However, the long term effects of psychologically being associated with any one can be good or bad, depending upon who it is you are associated with.

A Spirit when enclosed by the flesh body has physical senses. When a spirit takes control of a Medium, the controlling spirit has use of all that Medium's physical means of expression. When a spirit controls a Medium, that spirit is removed from his extra-dimensional world to our more restricted one, and is compelled to talk in terms suitable to ourselves. While thoughts in spirit are independent of words, a spirit must use the Medium's mind and knowledge (words therein) to convey his thoughts to this world. Mind is said to be superior to matter, but in this physical realm it requires the assistance of the material to express itself.

The Spirits act on our organs and senses, manifesting themselves to the sight as apparitions, to the touch by tangible impressions (hidden or visible), to our hearing as sounds, and to the sense of smell by odours: sometimes without known cause.

Our sensitiveness is mostly emotional; consequently, the learned intellectual cannot become a good spirit Medium until he cultivates his sympathetic nature (remember Jesus' nature?). But do not become drawn into every impression and influence least insanity becomes the result of your efforts. Be sympathetic - but do not become negative.

Psychometry and Clairvoyance depend upon the degree of sensitiveness attained. Brain formation and magnetic temperament possess only secondary influence in their evolution. Consequently, animals as well as humans possess these phases of Mediumship.

The Spirit discarnate sets up sympathetic vibrations in the consciousness of the incarnate Medium. The principle is similar to TV or radio broadcasting where the receiver must be on the same vibrational wavelength as the transmitter. Remember, you can't get channel 2 on channel 13?

The inquirer on the physical plane must have the proper knowledge in spirit communication, believe it, and go to a Medium. And in exactly the same way, the discarnate entity (spirit) must fulfil the same prerequisites on the spirit plane and must watch and wait for the time when the respective astral signal is sent out coloured with the vibrations of the inquirer in order to be able to respond to it, and to tune in its astral body accordingly to the same rate of vibration as that of the Medium. Thus the average soul, due to the lack of adequate knowledge and belief in such a process, lacks the ability to communicate through a Medium with the living on the physical plane.

Many discarnate entities in the Psychic Realms have been trained, and engage in similar practices of communication through a Medium, just as Mediums on the physical plane train themselves to communicate with the living on the Psychic and Lower Planes.
