THE SHIP OF LIFE

Many think that Noah's (Noe's) ark, which was a reality, was the ship of life. Also many think that at that time the earth was completely covered with water, which is not true.

Our body is our ship of life and in our present day the scope of travel is enlarged by the use of cars, planes, trains, etc. Each one is the captain of his or her ship and the calmness or roughness of your voyage through life depends on whether you let the Spiritual Part or the physical part of you act as captain.

If you select the physical part of you as captain to chart your course, you may expect a trip of sad experiences. This is because the physical self knows nothing of the ever-present Lighthouse, the Father, who will guide, if called upon to pilot, you through the narrows and fogs which you must pass through.

Yes, if you attempt to pilot your ship through life without the help of the ever-present Lighthouse(the Father), you can expect barnacles to infest your hull and have leaks here and there. This will cause you to be drydocked and laid up for repairs, saying nothing of your experiences on shoals and reefs, until finally you lose your rudder and become a derelict, tossed hither and yon by the waves and finally washed ashore, where your boat breaks up from the large breakers washing over it, too large to stand. Then, through desperation you leave the boat to try other experiences on the so-called unseen side of life.

What a difference there would have been if you had selected the Spiritual Part of you as Captain to chart your course for your ship of life. This Captain, even if your physical eyes could not see, would have directed you with your Spiritual Sight "the all seeing eye of God" through the troubled waters. Also when in seeming distress it would have whispered in your Spiritual Hearing, directions, advice, and loving assurance that He would be with you always to guide your ship of life until it was time for you to lay aside your ship of life and return to Him, the Eternal Part of yourself.

REMEMBER: "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even Both of them." - Proverbs 20:12

How much suffering and how many heartaches and sad experiences would we avoid if we would select the Spiritual Captain to chart the course of our Ship of Life.

Jesus gives a picture parable and says, "Take heed, least ye miss, through no fault of the Lighthouse Keeper, His signals to you, who will if requested, guide your ship through storms, yea, even when unusual storms are approaching He will send an S.O.S. to the Blessed Ones to hover close and give Their help.

"Had the one who selected the physical captain for his ship of life looked for the Lighthouse, his ship of life would not have tossed him hither and yon but would have guided him over the dangerous waters as that same Lighthouse guides all weary travellers who look for the bright Light Within to guide them."

Jesus shows another picture of a large ship with many passengers, likened to a church congregation, each seeking the Port of Eternity. They get aboard this ship and through their Desires and Understanding of things that they hear on this ship they know that THIS IS THE RIGHT SHIP for final anchorage at the Port of Eternity. During this trip, the captain describes the course they must chart when He is no more with them, to enter safely into the Port of Eternity. He warns them, if fog bound, to call to that ever present immovable Lighthouse of your own Being (the Light Within) for if you cannot see its Light, you can hear its voice.

The Captain now announces that the Port of Eternity is not as far distant as some may think. His ship can go no further and gives to each a small life boat which each of them alone must captain to the Port of Eternity. He stands and watches until the last one has launched his life boat; waves His hand to them, and then lifts his eyes to the Lighthouse ("the Father"), and asks for help for each one of those passengers into each one's Port of Eternity.

DEATH OF THE SOUL

Our normal state of consciousness shuts off our awareness to these Truths. To the vast majority, the body is everything; bodily enjoyment is their all in all. Reading Romans 1:25, "Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator."

One of our greatest handicaps is in our lack of understanding that all creation starts in the Spirit World of Light. Reading John 3:13, "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven (the Light)." Yes, the problem is that most people do not have the inclination, nor will they take the time, to interest themselves in or with anything but that which pertains to earthly pleasures, earthly business, and earthly treasures of all descriptions. Reading 2 Corinthians 4:3-4, "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the Light of the glorious gospel of Christ should shine unto them."

Yes, unfortunately most people are willingly (of their own Free Choice) lost in their earth life (earthly treasures) and have no DESIRE to know of Life Before, During, and After Death. And even more sadly, there are those who read these Teachings of Jesus and see not, for they will spend life after life losing themselves in earthly toys, instead of FIRST trying to know the Father - the Eternal Part of themselves. Jesus says, "Man does not live by bread alone."

Truly the Bible has become the Book of the Dead, the blind leading the blind in this world we call "the Night of the Living Dead." Reading in Genesis 1:3-5, "And God said, Let there be Light: and there was Light. And God saw the Light, that it was good: and God divided the Light from the Darkness. And God called the Light, Day, and the Darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the FIRST DAY." (Notice that it wasn't until the FOURTH DAY that God created the Sun and the Moon and the Stars).

There are many great esoteric truths which have been hidden by the Ancient Magi in their writings concerning DEATH. So let us become the "Workman" spoken of in 2 Timothy 2:15, rightly dividing the words of Truth contained within the Italian Bible (called the Italian Bible, and not the Holy Bible, because the Italians wrote it and put it together, canonizing it). For as Jesus says in Luke 9:60, "Let the DEAD bury their dead." Great is the Esoteric Truth hidden in this statement.

Reading 1 Peter 4:6, "For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead. . ." Does this not refer to those sleeping souls here in the bodies of flesh? And reading Romans 7:24, "O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?" How can death have a body? Should this statement read,"this death in the body"? And reading in Revelation 3:1 where Jesus is talking to the members of the Church in Sardis, ". . . I know thy works, that thou hast a name that livest, and art dead."

Now can you begin to see that these passages are referring to mortals alive in the body, but dead in soul? In fact, the true meanings of the words "dead," "die," and "death", as used in the Bible, are exactly the opposite of those which our earthly minds perceive death as meaning "separation of body and spirit."

As we will continue to show you, "to die" means for the soul to incarnate into this physical world of darkness, into a body of flesh. Yes, "death" as referred to in the Bible implies - "to become alive in a mortal body."

Reading Ezekiel 18:20, "The soul that sinneth, it shall die." This does not refer to physical body death, for those who do not sin die too. Yes, both the righteous and the unrighteous pass through physical death. Remember, it rains on the just and on the unjust alike (Matthew 5:45). And reading Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death. . . ", and likewise the wages of righteousness is death also. Godliness gains no advantage over physical death.

Therefore let us look closer for the underlying Esoteric meaning that "death," as used in the Bible, does not mean the demise of the flesh body.

Many illusions have been created by man mistaking the word "death" to mean the demise of the physical body, instead of the deadened condition of the soul while incarnate. "Death" is not the body's demise, but the soul's incarnation. We have mistaken the death of the soul in the body for the decease of the physical life of the body itself. We are the Living Dead; the body is our grave, or prison house.

Physical death is another Great "Lie" of the workers of Darkness to keep the minds of millions from finding the True Path of Light and Love. Paul cries in Ephesians 5:14, "Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and the Christ shall give thee Light. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God" (Colossians 3:3). "You hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins" (Ephesians 2:1). Then summing it up in Romans 8:6, Paul says, "For to be carnally minded is death; but to be Spiritually minded is Life and Peace."

Yes, "Death" is the process the soul undergoes when it makes its' descent from the High Realms of Light and takes on the body of this creature we call man. This is the fall from paradise which is typified in Genesis, where Adam and Eve entered into this physical material world against the warnings of God not to do so and they became cut off from the Light by reason of their new found consciousness. Yes, as Adam and Eve awaited God to terminate them for disobeying His Laws of Life, they awoke here in their "coats of skin" to find a living death. Yes, we are the Prodigal sons and daughters who have set out for a far country (earth), exchanging Life in the Light for death in the flesh. Reading in Luke 15:24, "For this my son was dead, and is alive again: he was lost, and is found."

We have become separated from our true Home, our Father, and lost to His superior dimension of consciousness. We have become separated from our Real Self by a "great gulf" in the scale of vibrational rates of consciousness. Thus we have entered into the grave, or tomb of the flesh, and have died to the Spiritual. Reading Psalms 49:14, "Like sheep they are laid in the grave;" and reading Psalms 89:48, "What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave?" "God will ransom them from the power of the grave; He will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes."(Hosea 13:14)

Now we need to be awakened out of this bodily death, and the only "way out" is by the PROCESS described in the Chapter titled, "How To Spiritualize Your Physical Consciousness". For when we enter into this world we die out to the full consciousness of our Higher existence and thus must re-awaken ourselves by the Spiritualization of our PHYSICAL CONSCIOUSNESS.

You may and must become a conscious part of the Eternal Part of yourself (I and my Father are ONE), and not remain lost in the DESIRES of the physical body. Your physical Desires are the obstacles blocking your pathway back to Heaven (the Light). You have become lost in the Desires and Fancies of the physical senses which keep you ever occupied, and you find no time to evolve Spiritually.

Yes, we are blindly groping around down here as Alice in Wonderland; in exile from our Father's celestial house. Evil is inherent to this "dead condition" and we must orient our minds to endure the carnal nature of life on this plane (liberate our consciousness from the distractions of this sensuous life). Reading Ezekiel 18:20, "The soul that sinneth, it shall die;" and Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death." But as Paul says, "Through the gateway of sin and death (Incarnation) came also the resurrection from the dead: for me to die is gain." For he knew that by entering into death (incarnating from the psychic realm), he would be resurrected into a heightened glory in the Realms of Light. As Jesus says in John 12:24, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, (and when ever Jesus says verily, verily, you know he is about to expound upon some great truth) Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit."

As Isaiah is recorded as saying in Isaiah 42:7, "To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in Darkness out of the prison house." And as Jesus says in John 5:25,28, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and NOW is, when the DEAD shall hear the voice of the Sun of God: and they that hear shall live. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves (bodies) shall hear his voice (teachings)."

When you finally become Desirous of bringing yourself out of the turmoil of your earthly thoughts and enter into Spiritual Consciousness, THEN these Words of Light will flow into your Physical Consciousness. Yes, Then, to many living in their earthly temple, these Words of Truth and Light will be to them as a light upon a dark pathway.

The whole Incarnation Process that takes the soul through the valley of the shadow of death is a good thing, for it gives a chance at life more abundant, than ever achievable by the soul before, through the opportunity of a new experience of growth and the mastery of the elements of all the lower worlds. Truly Incarnation is the Light of Purification, the successful return up the ladder of Spiritual Evolution, because through the different ages and spirit realms the soul awakens to its true divine Home in the Father, and regains its inheritance of the Wisdom that was its from the beginning. Reading Jesus' words in Luke 20:38, "For he is not a God of the dead, but of the Living: for all live unto him." Incarnation is the death of the soul, whereas the spiritual part, the Father, can never die. And reading Psalms 3:5, "I laid me down [in death] and slept; I awakened; for the Lord [Light] sustained me."

Therefore, as Jesus says, "If you in the Spirit World of Light give up your life [incarnate into a body] so that other lost Beings may likewise attain Life in the Light, then you lose your life to suffer death, BUT; the generation of more Light is the fruit of your soul's strivings in life here on earth. The Suns of God have given their life and died here on the cross of flesh that the Lost Sheep and the Other Sheep might regain their `link' with their own divinity (their Father if male, or Mother if female). I came into this world as a sacrificial lamb, that the men of this world might live Life more abundantly. I became man that ye might become the gods and goddesses of Light. I died not on the wooden cross, but to the cross of flesh." Reading Revelation 1:18, "I AM he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I AM alive for evermore."

As Paul says in Romans 6:4-5, "We are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Jesus was raised up from the dead by the glory (Light) of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection." So to be baptized is to incarnate; to plunge into the water (life) of the physical body, thus identifying death and baptism as the same one experience; both meaning Incarnation. Jesus says "The `I AM' is the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in the Light, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in the Light shall never die. Believeth thou this?" Reading John 5:28-29, "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life (Light), and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation (darkness)."

SECOND DEATH

Logically it follows that if there are two births, there must also be two deaths. Jesus says in Revelation 2:11, "He that hath an ear, let him hear . . . He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death."

As we read in the previous chapter, the first death is life in the physical body. The soul on its descent to earth becomes blinded a veil being drawn over its Spiritual Eye.

Then we are caught between this world and the next when we leave the body. There we are either drawn down again into death (ie: Incarnate again) by our Desire to fulfil sensual appetites, or we move upwards into the Realms of Light. For as Paul tells us, "The interests of the earth mean death, while the interests of the spirit mean Life and Peace."

Yes, the Second Death is that of another Incarnation when you did not successfully overcome death (earthly affinities) in the last embodiment and therefore you must return again to work out your Salvation from the Cycle of Re-births.

Woe unto those who do not awaken or only partially awaken their physical consciousness to Union with their Spiritual Consciousness (the Father). For upon the Second Death, ye shall once again lose your individuality and enter this world to start anew. Yes, the soul's entry into the body is the burial of itself and a new self then evolves.

We are planted again in the garden of this earthly world, that we be born again into a new consciousness of existence within the Being of God, remembering that we are all part of the ONE; all cells of the ONE body.

THE SECOND COMING

There will not be another embodiment of Jesus, for He can do more "work" from where He is now. The last embodiment was His last embodiment. However, He does promise to those who overcome that upon death of the physical body, He will come and meet you in Spirit (not the flesh).

Yes, Jesus' last embodiment was His last embodiment as He plainly states in Revelation 1:18, reading, "I am he that LIVETH, and was DEAD; and behold, I AM ALIVE FOR EVERMORE." There will be no second coming of Jesus into embodiment. The second coming is in Spirit only! The sting of death and the victory of the grave have been overcome.

Yes, death shall be swallowed up in the soul's last Incarnation when it finds the "KEYS" of hell and of Death, and then the mortal Being will put on the cloak of immortality (the Garment of Light), and shall be brought to pass the saying that is written;

"Death is swallowed up in victory.
O Death, where is thy sting?
O grave, where is thy victory?"
- 1 Corinthians 15:54-55

BIBLICAL PRIOR EXISTENCE

Are you a Spirit before you are a physical man or woman? To answer this question let us look to the Bible for a Biblical answer as to whether people exist prior to coming into an earth body. And we would like to remind you that because of space limitation not all Biblical references are exhausted in any chapter, but only enough to "whet your appetite" to seek these things for yourself.

Reading Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a Prophet unto the nations." And now reading Proverbs 8:22-31, "The Lord possessed me (King Solomon) in the beginning of His way, before His works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was." And in John 17:5, Jesus said, "And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self, with the glory [Light] which I had with thee before the world was."

Then in Romans 9:11-14, we see that Jacob and Esau were not yet born, but God said He Loved Jacob but was displeased with Esau. How could this be, unless they existed before they were born? Had they incarnated before? Pre-existence abounds in the Bible.

As an example of from whence we came, see Ezekiel 28:11-17. Here we see that the King of Tyrus was an anointed Cherub "perfect in his ways." He walked in paradise and upon the holy mountain of God, then iniquity was found in him. God cast him out of Heaven and down to the ground (earth). This was to be an example to the other Kings in Heaven. (Just as the "story" of Adam & Eve is used to tell of the fall from Heaven, and a warning to others in Heaven).

Now, on to 1 Corinthians 15:35: "But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?" . . . and verse 44 . . . "It is sown a natural body; it is raised a Spiritual body" . . . and verse 49 . . . "And as we have borne the image of the earthly, we shall also bear the image of the Heavenly" . . . and verse 55 . . . "O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?"

And reading 2 Corinthians 5:1-2, "For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the Heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house (Father) which is from Heaven."

Now let us look to Genesis 4:16-17, and see that Cain was thrown out of Heaven and "dwelt in the land of Nod." There Cain met another (fallen spirit) which he took as his wife and "Built a City" after their first born, Enoch. If they were the first people on earth, Why would they build a city for three people? And Would not Cain's wife be his sister, whom he would not have to find?

Let us wake up and come out of Churchanity. Open your eyes that seeing you may see. Stop letting the blind lead you back into that ditch of darkness.

Read 2 Corinthians 5:15 and see that you should start to live your life, and maybe your next lives, after the "Way" Jesus showed, as the next step up Jacob's Ladder of Purification. Read Hosea 3:4-5 and see how the children of Israel would be born again, and Jude 1:4 which shows re-birth from a time before.

Then read Psalms 90:1-10 and see how you have incarnated down through the ages and existed before the World. Thus, for need of a reason of some kind, you must be continually going out from the Spirit World into the physical world. And this reason is shown in Philippians 2:12, that YOU MUST WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION HERE in the physical world where you are absent minded of your past lives and the Spirit Realms.

Now read Ecclesiastes 1:4-11 and see that incarnation is cyclic, and that you do not remember your past lives. For as you enter each new life, your past memories are cloaked from your Consciousness and only your Character enters the new body, plus there are also the lesser effects of your parents'characteristics genetics, especially the mother's.

Now turn to and read Ecclesiastes 9:9,11 and see that your evolution (Purification) is a slow, changing process. And in John 5:14 and John 9:1-3, that Jesus warns us to sin no more or that in a future life you will reap what you sow in this life. And in John 9:2, because sin is of the flesh, the man must have had a previous physical existence.

Then read Luke 20:33-36 and see that when perfection or Purification is reached, the Cycle of Incarnation ceases and "neither can they die any more." And in Revelation 3:12, "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out." (No more Incarnations into the flesh will be required).

Know now that the parables of Jesus, are the experiences which you, the Spirit, must undergo during your upward climb of Jacob's Ladder of Purification. Remember, Jesus said the words He spoke were words concerning the Spirit Worlds and Life Eternal (see John 6:63).
